Bad Crystal - a utility for the identification and treatment of broken pixels, as well as to eliminate dark areas on the monitor, left after static objects. It must be said that the dead pixels can’be’completely restored without professional repairs. Bad Crystal, like other programs of this kind, can restore, so to speak, "sticky pixels", that is, those that glow constantly only one color (green, red, etc.). The essence of the method of treatment of broken pixels is the forced change of colors at high speed in the area of the monitor where the broken pixel is located. With this load, a pixel can come alive.

If you select the corresponding option, a window will appear, inside which the colors will change in a chaotic order. It's a window to point at the pixel that hangs in the air, waiting for it to come to life. However, it's hard to say exactly how long you'll have to wait. This procedure can last from a few minutes to several hours and even a day. And there's no guarantee that the pixels will come alive at all.

Bad Crystal software's main benefit is that it potentially repairs broken pixels and reduces dark monitor areas, enhancing display clarity and quality.

Important note: during the pixel recovery operation, the window with the changing colors is always at the top of other windows, which allows you to continue your work unhindered.

Operating system: Windows 7 or later.
RAM: Minimum 512 MB required.

Bad Crystal is a screen repair application that aims to identify and fix faulty pixels on types of screens such as LCD, LED, OLED and 3D screens like iMax. Its primary function involves distinguishing between pixels that can be corrected without replacement and dead pixels. By utilizing a color changing method the program effectively resets stuck pixels. It also eliminates ghost images. It also addresses issues like screen burns and vertical banding caused by hardware malfunctions. To prevent damage, Bad Crystal Primary employs a system matrix algorithm. With its user interface and customizable options this software provides a solution for maintaining clear and functioning screens. However it's worth noting that manual input may be necessary for results. While Bad Crystal offers detection and repair of pixels including stuck pixels and screen burns to extend the lifespan of computer screens, it may not be able to fix all hardware related issues such as vertical banding caused by overheating.

My computer was getting old and the pictures don't look the same on it. I decided to download bad crystal for windows to help with the picture quality. It restores dead pixels to make the quality of images better. The software is free. It works on many different operating systems and devices. That's cool.

Bad Crystal is a software utility designed to repair stuck or dead pixels on LCD and plasma screens. It uses a sophisticated algorithm to identify and fix any defects on the screen, as well as clean up any image "noise" or other visual artifacts. The software also provides a variety of customization options, such as brightness, contrast, and color settings, as well as a "restore" feature for resetting the display back to its original factory settings.

I recently tried the Bad Crystal software and found it to be quite effective in dealing with issues on my computer. It seemed to be easy to use and was able to detect and remedy any problems that I had. The software did a good job of cleaning out corrupted files and optimizing the system. It was also able to detect and block some malicious software which was a bonus. The interface was user friendly and the results were quite impressive. The only downside was that the software did take some time to complete its scans. All in all, Bad Crystal is a decent software that can help you out with your computer problems.

I've used Bad Crystal a couple of times and found it to be quite effective in improving the clarity of my display, however it does take a bit longer than I'd expect to get the job done.

The software promised to fix dead pixels, but it did not work for me. The interface was user-friendly, but the results were disappointing. I followed the instructions carefully, but the problem persisted. I would not recommend this software to anyone who wants to fix dead pixels.

This is a practical tool for identifying and treating broken pixels, as well as erasing dark areas on the screen that remain after static objects. It should be noted, however, that dead pixels cannot be fully restored without professional repair. Like other programs of its kind, this tool can revive "sticky" pixels, those that constantly shine in a single color (green, red, etc.). The principle of healing broken pixels is the forced rapid change of colors in the area of the screen where the broken pixel is located. With this effort, a pixel can come back to life. If you choose the corresponding option, a window will appear, inside which the colors will change chaotically. You will need to point this window to the pixel that is waiting, hoping that it will come back to life. However, it is difficult to say how long you will have to wait. It can last from a few minutes to several hours, or even a day. And there is no guarantee that the pixels will come back to life. Important note: during the pixel recovery operation, the window with the changing colors is always on top of other windows, allowing you to continue your work without being disturbed.
