Borland DataBase Engine (BDE) for windows, is a universal data access mechanism, used in Borland Development Tools such as Delphi,and C++ Builder, as well as in some other product. The users of BDE, can use BDE's SQL link, to link to multiple DataBase Management System such as sybase, DB2, Interbase, informix, and Oracle. BDE provides an executive file known as the BDEADMIN.EXE which can be used to perform all administration configuration on BD
