NullDC is an Open Source Sega Dreamcast and NAOMI Emulator for Windows Operating Systems.  NullDC requires DirectX 9.0c, Visual C++ runtime libraries and you have the option to utilize WinPcap for modem emulation.  Some BIOS files are also needed.  Also, if you want to use a gamepad, be sure to use a separate program to map the buttons as NullDC does not have internal support for this. NullDC uses plugins with several implementations for graphics, reading burned CD-Rom games, sound, and disk image files or memory cards.  NullDC supports the ability to load different plugins for different emulator elements as well which means you could emulate a small LCD screen that shows integrated images right on the console controller itself if you wanted.

NullDC is a powerful emulation tool for those wanting to experience the older games of the Sega Dreamcast and NAOMI Emulator. The vast collection of games available to you makes this a must-have for anyone looking for the nostalgia of the SEGA Dreamcast and you can play from the comfort of your own personal computer.

As an old-school gamer, I definitely miss playing DreamCast and some of the games like CrazyTaxi. Since getting this product, that problem has been solved and I am back to enjoying games. This was amazing really and ultimately a product that stands out as unique and fitting a niche.
NullDC is an easy way to get NAOMI on Windows operating systems. It allows for the optional use of a gamepad, although you do need to download separate buttons. It has some of the best compatibility in the market, and is particularly good at fog effects. This emulator is recommended for games such as Dynamite Cop and Crazy Taxi. This is one of the best Dreamcast Emulators.
There are many good features that come with this software. First off, it is open-source which makes it preferable to any user across platforms. It is a NAOMI emulator and is an arcade version. However, what makes this software very unique is that it is a Dreamcast emulator and the final one released by SEGA. This is perfect for game-play on a PC and runs smoothly.
