This app is designed for moving programs from one laptop or computer to another one. It will be especially helpful for users who have old computers and want to transfer their files from them but don’t have spare CDs. The original files won’t be changed so you won’t lose any data. The three main functions of the app are capture, backup, and transfer. If you want to just use the basic features of the app, you can use it for free. For a version with more advanced features you’ll have to pay, but the price is quite reasonable. The app works on Windows. It doesn’t require advanced technical knowledge.
PickMeApp is highly recommended.

I didn't have a good way to transfer files from one PC to another without copying them to a thumb drive until I found PickMeApp for Windows which makes it much easier to transfer programs and files. I was even able to copy old software from my outdated computer to my new one even though I didn't have the CD. It won't change any of the original files either so you don't have to worry about losing data.

This is a great application manager that works on Windows systems. The Professional version works great. The installer is free and also there is a lite version for a little less money. This tool lets you manage packages, reinstall packages, uninstall software completely, allows to buy software from the app store and many other features that you would need in a Windows app manager.
