Rift

A rift is an essential tool in order to do anything with your Oculus Rift VR headset. Even though you have to download it, it's a very nice application that is simple to use. The program stores all of your games in the library and also has a store in order for you to purchase other Rift titles. The features for the Rift are unreal and probably the best-dedicated support of any VR headset there. Rift supports every VR headset they have produced. It's nice to have a universal HUB for all of my Oculus headset needs.

I love being able to have a simple HUB where I can access anything related to my Rift. I can download updates, play games, and pretty much do anything related to the Rift. If you're having trouble with your Rift headset, you can use this application to troubleshoot and fix those problems. It will show you a preview of what things will look like while you use your headset. I find this very useful when things feel off-balanced while I'm playing games. 

All of my games run super smoothly through Rift. I rarely notice a drop in performance or any sort of crashing. Everything is very stable and reliable. This may vary depending on what PC you have. If you don't know, VR demands a lot of PC in terms of graphics and CPU performance. If you are unsure if your PC could handle Rift and a VR headset, I would highly reccomend you check your computer's specifications out before you go out and buy an Oculus Rift. Some computers come "VR Ready," which are ready to play VR titles right out of the box. I think out of all VR companies, and Rift is the best way of getting into the virtual reality world at the lowest price. 

If you have an itch or want to dive into the VR world, I think Rift is the best way to do so. It's easy and simple. I love using my Oculus Rift and trust the company. They deliver on a quality product and only post the best quality games to their store. VR is a really fun world to jump into. Go try one out at a store if you are unconvinced, and Rift is the way to go.
