A set of dynamic libraries, rtl120.bpl, rtl100.bpl, rtl90.bpl, rtl70.bpl and rtl60.bpl, used by Borland C++ Builder and Borland Delphi. These libraries may be needed to run some programs created in the C++ Builder or Delphi environment. If the libraries were not built into the program during compilation, errors will occur when trying to run the finished program on a computer without Borland development environments installed.

If the following messages appear: rtl120.bpl is missing or not found on the computer, rtl120.bpl is missing, rtl120.bpl is missing, rtl100.bpl has failed to register, C:\Windows\System32\rtl90.bpl is not found, rtl120.bpl cannot be found and error missing rtl60.bpl, you should install them manually. To do this, download the necessary file from our site, because of which the error occurs, and place it in the directory with the executable file of the program, which does not run. If this does not work, copy it, depending on the operating system you are using in the following directories:

The main benefit of using the RTL.bpl software is its ability to run programs created in the C++ Builder or Delphi environment.

for Windows 98, 95 and Millennium C:\Windows\System

for Windows 2000 C:\WINNT\System32

for 32-bit Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7 C:\Windows\System32;

for 64-bit Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7 C:\Windows\SysWOW64

1. Operating system: Windows (98, 95, Millennium, 2000, XP, Vista, or 7)
2. C++ Builder or Delphi environment for proper execution
3. Sufficient storage for dynamic library files
4. Access to specific directories (e.g. C:\Windows\System32)

PROS

RTL.bpl is a set of dynamic libraries, among which are rtl120.bpl, rtl100.bpl, rtl90.bpl, rtl70.bpl and rtl60.bpl, used by Borland C++ Builder and Borland Delphi. The app is originally built to be effective for both front-end and back-end development. It has support for many programming languages.
Unfortunately, the programme appears to be not user-friendly, and users might face some issues with the product not working correctly. The software is used on different platforms like AVG Anti-virus, TuneUp Utilities, Advanced System Care (ASC),IOBit Malware Fighter Pro. It provides a set of tools for creating, managing and debugging real-time applications. The app is compatible with Windows, Linux and Mac OS X platforms. However, if you decide to get the app, think twice as there is a high chance of discovering unexpected bugs while using it.
