Visual Paradigm Community edition for windows is the free edition of Visual Paradigm however it supports all 14 UML diagram types. It is mainly used for code generation. I don't believe that it would be worth to download for me because I don't have a use for this. However, if you are interested in code, diagrams or computer, this will be the app for you. It is quite advanced for its purpose and is a better alternative from the one I have seen.
