Wireless Workbench is Shure's free desktop software for audio professionals, designed to help users manage their wireless audio systems. 4. Frequency Coordination: in the Coordination Workspace users analyze scan data, calculate compatible frequencies for Shure and select third-party systems, prioritize channels with Inclusion Groups and deploy frequencies to the devices.

5. Real-time Monitoring: Wireless Workbench provides real-time audio, RF and battery metering for every channel. A channel strip designer lets users choose which settings are visible and store several layouts.

6. Presets and Reports: saved sets of parameters can be applied to one or more devices in a few clicks, and inventory, coordination and network reports can be created for a production.

7. Timeline: this logging utility records RF level, audio level, interference detection, ShowLink signal strength and other channel data over time, so the performance of the system can be reviewed during or after a show.

8. Alerts: Wireless Workbench can show configurable interference and hardware alerts, also as operating system notifications while the program is minimized, and Access Control protects devices from unauthorized changes.
