AlterCam

AlterCam is a program designed to record video to a webcam and add various graphical effects to it. You can use it to blur images, hide your face with squares, apply fisheye effects, play with picture colors, contrast, brightness, etc. In addition to effects, the program also offers a set of graphic elements for video, such as frames and funny inscriptions. All of the above can be applied in real time. By selecting an effect or graphic item on the right side of the main window, you can instantly see how well it fits into the webcam image.

You can broadcast a picture from AlterCam to almost all popular voice programs, such as Skype. Together with the program, an audio driver will be installed on your computer, which will be used to give the user the opportunity to change not only the "picture", but also the voice. Functions of "morpher", AlterCam performs well, but in the free version, unfortunately, there are restrictions on the time of work of this tool. But without restrictions you can use another, no less interesting tool designed to work with chromakei. Quite a rare function, not typical of "amateur" programs. Also, not all applications of this kind have the ability to record video from the desktop, split the stream into several programs and support webcams with FullHD-resolution, while AlterCam has all these features.
