Chrome OS is a reliable operating system (OS) created by Google specialists on the basis of Linux kernel. It looks like a hybrid of Android and Windows. The OS is mainly used in ChromeBook notebooks to work with files and documents, navigate online resources, and play media files. In addition, the platform supports devices with ARM/ARM64 and x86/x64 architecture.

One of the main embedded applications in the OS is Google Chrome. Browser provides high speed of page loading and quick access to popular Google services. It is perfectly adapted to work with various web applications. In turn, for parents there is an option that allows them to set up a blacklist and add sites with content that is not intended for children and teenagers.

Chrome OS is lightweight and fast, with built-in malware and virus protection, perfect for secure and efficient online work.

One of the key features of Chrome OS is support for Android applications. Users are free to download and install programs and games from Google Play Market or Google Store (Webstore) on their devices. It should be remembered that in order to install APK-applications from third-party sources it is necessary to activate the developer mode in the system settings. In addition, in the past OS upgrades have gained support for Linux applications.

Unfortunately, the presented operating system does not come as a separate distribution or image. In most cases, laptop and tablet manufacturers install the OS on their devices in advance. Therefore, the only way to get it is to buy the appropriate computer equipment with Chrome OS installed. Hrombukov’s owners and Google Pixel Slate tablets will be able to download new OS updates on the official website. You can also install the Chromium OS distribution kit, which is actually a modified version of Chrome OS. It gives you an overview of the basic features of Google's operating system.

- You can import and export important data through your Gmail account.

Chrome OS is an operating system from Google. This operating system is based on the Linux kernel.

You can think of Chrome OS as a hybrid combination of Android and Windows. This OS targets Chromebook notebook users initially, but any laptop user can install this operating system by using a bootable USB device.

Chrome OS supports all kinds of Android applications. Users can also download and install programs and games directly from the Google Play Store (webstore).

Unfortunately, the Chrome OS does not come pre-installed that much if the tablet or laptop manufacturers install the OS on their devices in advance.

In Chrome OS, you get very limited offline usability and software compatibility. However, if you are looking for a fast, secure, and less virus-prone operating system, then Chrome OS can be an ideal operating system for you.

Chrome OS is the cheapest way I know of to surf the Internet in addition to running applications on the web or on my Android device. It boots up really quickly, which is the big advantage in my opinion. It's essentially an operating system that works with cheap Chromebooks, so if you don't have any other way of getting your hands on a laptop, this operating system is for you.

The interface is clean and easy to use, even for someone who has never used an OS before. The battery life is impressive and I’ve had no issues with it. Updates are frequent and easy to install. Security is also top notch, so I don’t have to worry about malware or viruses. My overall experience has been great, as I haven’t had any issues so far.

Chrome OS software is user friendly and simple to navigate. It's great for web browsing and light computing. I like how quickly it starts up and that it syncs with my other devices. The app store selection is quite limited, however, and I find certain features to be a bit lacking.
