Microsoft Office 2016 is a Microsoft office suite designed primarily for touchscreen devices. Like previous versions, this package consists of programs designed to work with texts, tables, databases, presentations, etc.
The version has a minimalist style of interface design, although there are several buttons in the settings menu for conservatives to change the theme of the application to a more familiar one. Each application in the package is painted in its own color: blue Word, green Excel, red PowerPoint, blue Outlook and purple OneNote.

The main emphasis in the Word 2016 application is on the ability to work together on a document, which is facilitated by the button in the upper right corner of the document exchange. The modified Excel 2016 features enhanced Analysis ToolPak (Touch Control) input tools and significantly accelerated data analysis and reporting mechanisms. PowerPoint 2016 is a collaborative application. To do this, there is a window for comments next to the slideshow panel that allows you to discuss the document online.
As before, Outlook Manager allows you to monitor the performance of other applications in the package and e-mail. In addition, the application allows you to synchronize lists by category and supports online archives - every Microsoft Office 2016 owner has access to the OneDrive Cloud Storage. This allows the user to access the required information from any computer or other device. OneNote's notebook features have been greatly enhanced, with touchscreen control that allows the application to recognize handwritten notes and picture texts, as well as supporting a tagging system.
