Portable PDF-XChange Viewer is a program that allows you to view and edit PDF documents. The application allows you to add comments and annotations to PDFs, print text directly on PDF pages, export PDF to BMP, TIFF, PNG and JPEG formats, extract text, and block the execution of malicious scripts in PDF documents. In addition, the program allows you to translate text on the fly, highlight form fields, send documents by email, use ruler, binding to the grid and guides, as well as measure the perimeter and area of objects in documents. Bookmark work is supported. In the complete set with the program there are plug-ins for browsers IE and Firefox. There is support for text recognition on scanned PDFs.

To be honest, I don't really see the point of this software. Every operating system I know of can handle pdfs perfectly fine with no need of external software.

I have been using Portable PDF-XChange Viewer for quite some time. I find it quite useful for its basic functions. It is very easy to use and understand. It has a good search feature which is great for finding text or images within a PDF file. It also has an annotation feature which allows you to highlight, add notes and mark up a PDF.
