TCPDUMP for Windows is a version of the popular packet sniffer and analyzer for Unix - TCPDUMP, ported to Windows by Microolap. It is compiled from the original tcpdump code and uses Microolap's own Packet Sniffer SDK instead of WinPcap or Npcap. TCPDUMP allows you to intercept network traffic received and sent by your computer, does not require installation and can work from any external media. The program is a single small .EXE file, so it can be copied to a remote PC and run through a Windows terminal or third-party remote administration tools like Radmin. It is free for non-commercial and educational use, while business use requires a commercial license.

TCPDUMP for Windows lets you capture and analyze network traffic from the command line without installing any capture drivers.
