dnSpy is a .NET debugger and assembly editor. It is used to edit and debug assemblies even if the user does not have any source code available.

dnSpy can debug the .NET and Unity assemblies. It can also be used to edit the .NET and Unity assemblies. It allows the users to debug multiple processes at the same time. All metadata can be edited in dnSpy. It is an open source project and anyone can contribute.

Therefore, this tool is considered as a portable debugger for the .NET developers.
