If you need photo retouching above and beyond what MS Paint can provide, there are programs out there far more trustworthy than this.

I have been using Microsoft Photo Story for a few years now and I am generally satisfied with it. The software is quite simple to use and the results are usually quite good. I particularly like the fact that I can add some music to the photos. I also like that I can share the results with my friends easily. It's also quite useful for adding some effects to the slideshows. On the other hand, I wish the software had more options for editing photos. It also takes some time to learn how to use some of the features. Overall, I think Microsoft Photo Story is a great tool for quickly creating a nice looking slideshow.
