3D platform action game from the Sonic series in which the player leads a team of three characters with different abilities.
Sonic Heroes gives the player control of a team of three characters, each with its own abilities: a Speed type, a Flight type and a Power type. Four teams, led by Sonic, Shadow, Amy and Vector, go their own way through 14 large stages and several boss fights. Their common goal is to stop the plans of Sonic's sworn enemy, the evil Dr. Eggman. Sonic Heroes is a game for players of different ages and skill levels, and it also includes a split-screen mode for two players.
Sonic Heroes offers team-based gameplay in which Speed, Flight and Power characters combine their skills to get through large, fast levels.
