Standalone Flash Player is a browser plug-in that allows you to watch and create flash content on your web browser or smartphone. Flash content can include streaming video, audio, vector graphics, and video games. This content is run through a .SWF file, which is exclusive to Standalone Flash Player. It is different from other software in that you do not need to open a separate interface to view content; it all works within your browser with no extra steps. You can also use flash to develop and/or use applications for your computer or smartphone. To develop content and applications with Flash, a programming language called ActionScript is used. Primarily, however, Standalone Flash Player is a graphics and multimedia software, and this is what it is most well known for.

Features:

  • Standalone Flash Player for Windows is free to use. There are no hidden costs.
  • This plugin can be run within Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, and Microsoft Edge.
  • You can use this software to create and play interactive games. The programming language for Flash, ActionScript, has in fact been used in well-known game engines such as Unity 3 and Unreal Engine 3.
  • You can stream video and audio content within your browser, including live video and audio content.
  • It is compatible with MP3, FLV, PNG, JPEG, and GIF files, for easy streaming.
  • You can use Flash to interact with Graphical Interfaces on websites.

Do you enjoy watching and creating flash content on your web browser or smartphone? You can easily do it with Standalone Flash Player.
Standalone Flash Player is a browser plugin that has a lot of useful features. For example, you don't need to open a separate interface to view your content. The app allows users to quickly add and remove flash content from their library. Some people especially like its presentation mode. The fact that the app is light and fast makes it a good alternative to the Adobe Flash Player web browser plugin. Standalone Flash Player runs smoothly on any computer system.

Standalone Flash Player is one of the most simplest hassle free plugins I've ever seen for an internet browser. What makes it even more unique is that this plugin has the ability to work on mobile devices and a broad variety of different internet browsers. On top of all that, this software is free and can be set up in a matter of seconds which is a lot better than similar software.

Standalone Flash Player allows you to run flash enabled content online and offline without any of the bloats. Play flash content in webpages or play them locally on your pc. The standalone flash player runs on all versions of Windows back to Windows XP and is free to use. It works on both 64 bit and 32 bit operating systems. I recommend Standalone Flash Player for Windows.

It's difficult to determine which download will install the software and not install malware. After installing the product doesn't do much except for playing Flash videos outside of your browser. Most videos I would view would be inside a browser, and I don't typically download files to play separately. I don't think I would get a lot of use out of this program.

I found out I need a flash player for Windows to play some files. Adobe Flash player is a great product for this. It is available for Win, Mac and Linux. There's a standalone projector player for Flex and Flash developers. Regardless of the needs of the user, Adobe has figured out a solution. This is a well supported software and it's robust. Definitely download it and use it.

Since flash is being killed off by basically every web browser it's useful to have a standalone program that isn't going to just stop working one day. Its pretty bare bones but it'll run flash which is the whole point. Not sure how well it will keep working after Adobe stops their support, but for now it works just fine. Might be harder to get the flash files by end of the year though.
